It's a great place to live, work, and play, and we’re proud to call it home.

Linzy Mill Dues are $200.00 for 2025, late fees will start on February 1st 2026, for all accounts not paid.

Are you looking to make an improvement to the exterior of your home?

If you’re planning any exterior modifications to your property, such as landscaping, renovations, or building structures, please submit an ACC request for approval. This process helps preserve the charm and character of our neighborhood while ensuring consistency with community guidelines.

Submit your request by clicking on "Homeowners Improvements" Please make sure to submit the ACC form along with your survey, and any other documentation they may need to make a decision.

Hurricane Shutter Resolution Added to HOA Guidelines

We’re pleased to announce that the HOA Board has officially adopted a resolution regarding the installation and use of hurricane shutters. This resolution provides clear guidelines to help homeowners prepare for storm season while maintaining the aesthetic standards of our community.
